Return Process

- Receive return authorization number (RMA)
- Pack item securely with RMA number
- Ship using provided label or at your expense
Refund Processing
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item. Allow 5-10 additional business days for bank processing.
Damaged Items
Report damaged items immediately with photos. Replacements arranged at no cost within 7-10 business days.
